The average IQ of a HongKonger is about 110 (some people say it's 120, i don't know)...and then it's Japan (IQ: 106), Singapore (IQ: 105), a few other asian countries, I'm not sure about it, then it's America, (IQ: 100), then it's Europe (IQ: 98), Africa (IQ: 70)...etc...and they ACTUALLY are stupid...sorry, but they are!
